Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, IT, Finance or a related field.
• MBA or relevant certifications is a plus.
• Minimum 1–2 years of sales experience in payment processing, merchant acquiring, fintech, or financial services, with enterprise-level exposure.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a sales strategy to acquire new merchant clients within the enterprise sector.
• Cultivate long-term relationships with new and existing enterprise customers to ensure satisfaction and retention.
• Act as the primary contact for medium to large-scale merchants and provide consultative sales support.
• Drive revenue by identifying new business opportunities, negotiating contracts, and closing deals with enterprise merchants.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions for merchant clients.
• Maintain a solid pipeline of potential clients and monitor sales progress to achieve targets.
• Stay informed on trends in the payment processing industry and merchant acquiring solutions.
• Provide in-depth product knowledge and present customized solutions to enterprise merchants.
