Job summary

Sobot Technologies Pte Ltd is seeking a Customer Success Manager to guide enterprise clients across SEA from onboarding through renewal. You will act as a trusted advisor, ensuring product value and driving adoption, retention, and expansion.

You will collaborate with Product, Sales, and Engineering teams to optimize customer outcomes, respond to inquiries, and identify opportunities across multi-regional accounts. Fluency in English and Mandarin is highly valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, IT, or related field.
• 3-5 years in B2B consulting, customer success, or account management.
• Strong communication across cultures and regions.
• Post-sales IT or SaaS experience.
• English and Mandarin fluency is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage an existing portfolio of customers, including inquiries, relationships, adoption, upsell opportunities, and renewals.
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholder across regions.
• Serve as trusted advisor by recommending best practices and maximizing value of products and services.
• Monitor customer health, engagement, and usage trends to identify risks and growth opportunities.
• Conduct regular business reviews to align objectives and share performance insights.
• Identify account expansion opportunities and collaborate with Sales to develop growth strategies.
• Lead renewal planning and execution to maintain high retention rates.
• Gather customer feedback and translate into insights for internal teams to improve product features and service delivery.
• Support development of customer case studies and share best practices.
