Qualifications

• Experience in Employee Relations or similar HR role.
• Strong knowledge of labor laws and dispute resolution.

• Develop and implement employee relations policies and procedures.
• Guide managers and employees on ER-related matters.
• Handle investigations and resolve employee complaints.
• Manage employee discipline and performance improvement processes.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws in partnership with HR & Legal.
