You will coach leaders, HR staff, and employees on performance management, investigations, policy management, leave management, and compliance while aligning ER initiatives with global standards. Qualifications

• 12+ years of HR experience with emphasis on Employee Relations.
• Excellent written and interpersonal communication; strong active listening.
• Ability to mediate difficult situations and conduct neutral investigations.
• Maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment under tight deadlines.
• Proficiency in APJ and MEA Employment Laws; experience across APJ/MEA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide coaching, consulting, and mentorship to leaders, HR staff, and employees on ER matters.
• Lead development of training, tools, templates, processes, and reference materials for the ER Centre of Excellence.
• Participate in interviewing, selection, onboarding, training, coaching and evaluating ER team members.
• Serve as subject matter expert on Philippine Employment Law and practices; support APJ/MEA regions.
• Guide investigation processes and support Investigation managers as needed.
