Job summary

Power Fill Petroleum Phil Inc is seeking an HR Officer specializing in Training and Labor/Employee Relations (LR/ER). You will support employee growth, coordinate and implement training programs, and address employee concerns while ensuring compliance with company policies and Philippine labor laws.

Ideal candidates will have a degree in HRM/PSY/Business Admin, knowledge of Philippine labor laws, and proven experience in training, ER, and conflict resolution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field
• Working knowledge of Philippine labor laws and DOLE regulations
• Experience in conducting training, employee orientation, and training needs assessment
• Experience handling employee grievances, disciplinary cases, investigations, and other ER matters
• Strong communication, interpersonal, documentation, and problem-solving skills
• Able to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion
• Proficient in Microsoft Office/Google Workspace
• Training facilitation and presentation
• Conflict resolution
