Job summary

You will handle grievances, investigations, and confidential records, collaborating with recruitment, training and payroll to keep HR operations smooth. The ideal candidate has a relevant degree and 3–5 years of experience, strong EI, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration or related field, or equivalent professional experience
• 3–5 years of experience in employee relations or HR administration
• In-depth knowledge of Philippines employment laws and workplace regulations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle confidential matters with discretion
• Impartial and objective when handling disputes or grievances
• High emotional intelligence and empathy
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Experience in conflict resolution and mediation

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement employee relations strategies to promote a positive workplace culture
• Handle grievances, complaints and disciplinary matters impartially
• Investigate workplace conflicts and provide resolution recommendations
• Advise employees and management on HR policies and employment matters
• Ensure compliance with Philippines employment laws across HR functions
• Maintain confidential employee records
• Collaborate with recruitment, training and payroll to ensure seamless HR operations
