Job summary

Home Credit Philippines is seeking a results-driven Account Manager to strengthen relationships with CD Key Account partners, expand sales opportunities, and drive market share growth.

You will define short- and long-term strategies for the CD segment, onboard new clients, and collaborate with Marketing, Marketplace, and PR to support KA programs and promotions. Strong data analysis and business acumen are essential.

Qualifications

• Organizational skills to handle daily tasks independently.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
• Advanced MS Excel skills for data analysis and reporting.
• Data modelling and strong business analysis capability.
• Solid understanding of retail, financing, and business development.

Responsibilities

• Manage and penetrate CD Key Account partners, maintaining long-term relationships.
• Establish productive relationships with key personnel in assigned partners.
• Play a role in onboarding new clients and new business pitches.
• Define strategy to increase productivity in CD business.
• Set up short- and long-term CD segment strategies and incentives.
• Monitor sales performance and propose action plans to hit targets.
• Collaborate with Marketing to propose joint promotions with manufacturers.
• Launch retailer 0% or best price promotions for accessories and non-mobile goods.
• Negotiate offers for marketing campaigns and promos.
• Create campaigns to increase repeat and high-quality customers.
• Work with PR on KA program articles to support partnerships.
