Home Credit Philippines is seeking a results-driven Account Manager to sustain long-term relationships with CD Key Account partners and maximize sales opportunities across varied product categories. You will define strategies, monitor performance, and collaborate with marketing to drive joint promotions.

The role requires strong analytical skills, data-driven decision making, and at least 3 years in account management or territory sales within retail or B2B environments.

Qualifications

• Organizational skills and ability to independently handle daily tasks.
• Strong oral and written communication.
• Extensive MS Office skills; MS Excel proficiency.
• Business Review Presentations (monthly/quarterly/yearly).
• Business acumen in Retail, Financing, Business Development, Operations.
• Data modelling and strong business analysis skill.
• At least 3 years of experience in Account Management or territory sales.
• Good understanding of retail market and competition; overview of CD market.
• With good retail network.
• Experience in retail or B2B sales; planning & executing sales/marketing strategies with results.

Responsibilities

• Managing and penetrate CD Key Account (KAC) partners maintaining a long-term relationship with accounts and maximizing sales opportunities with them.
• Establish productive relationships with key personnel in assigned KAC partners.
• Onboarding of new clients and initial setup of partnerships.
• Define strategy to increase productivity in CD business.
• Set up short- and long-term strategy of CD segment and motivate CD KAC partners.
• Monitor sales performances and propose action plans to hit targets per product and category.
• Collaborate with Mobile/Electronics Manufacturer and Marketing for joint promotions.
• Launch Retailer 0% at cash price or best price for accessories and non-mobile items.
• Launch Brand 0% for mobile, laptops and applicable non-mobile items.
• Launch new products and monitor sales performance.
• Negotiate offers to support marketing campaigns and promotions.
• Promote POS campaigns in Marketplace and nominate SKUs.
• Create rPOS campaigns to increase repeat and good paying clients.
• Collaborate with PR team in KA programs and HC partnership.
