Job summary

Home Credit Philippines is seeking an Account Manager to strengthen relationships with key account partners and drive sales strategies across its CD ecosystem. You will collaborate with marketing and marketplace teams to implement promotions, optimize product mix, and support retailer campaigns.

The role focuses on achieving sales targets, expanding market share, and developing long-term partnerships with major retailers.

Qualifications

Organizational skills and ability to independently handle daily tasks.
Good oral and written communication.
Extensive MS Office software skills; MS Excel proficiency.
Business Review Presentations (monthly/quarterly/yearly).
Business Acumen in Retail, Financing, Business Development, Operations.
Data modelling and strong business analysis skill.
At least 3 years of experience in Account Management or territory sales is advantage.
Good understanding of retail market and competition, overview of CD market.
With good retail network.
Experience in retail sales / business-to-business sales environment.
Experience in planning & executing sales or marketing strategies with results.

Responsibilities

Managing and penetrating CD Key Account (KAC) partners, maintaining long-term relationships and maximizing sales opportunities.
Establish productive relationships with key personnel in assigned KAC partners.
Play an integral role in new business pitches and onboard new clients.
Define strategy and actions to increase productivity in CD business.
Set up short- and long-term CD segment strategies and motivate CD KAC partners.
Monitor sales performance and propose action plans by product and category.
Explore cooperation with Mobile/Electronics manufacturers; suggest join-promotions with Marketing.
Launch 0% at cash price or best price promos for mobile accessories and non-mobile items.
Launch Brand 0% for mobile, laptops, and applicable non-mobile items.
Launch new products and monitor sales performance.
Negotiate offers ( freebies, discounts, GWP) for campaigns and promotions.
Promote POS campaigns in Marketplace and nominate SKUs.
Create rPOS campaigns to increase repeat paying clients.
Collaborate with PR to support KA programs and HC partnership.
