The role focuses on designing innovative leadership, management, and employee development programs across instructor-led, virtual, e-learning, blended, and micro-learning modalities, while driving organizational effectiveness and scalable solutions.

Qualifications

• Senior leader responsible for enterprise-wide learning, leadership and talent development strategies.
• Strategic HR partner to executives and HR stakeholders.
• Design and implement learning strategies that strengthen leadership capabilities and organizational effectiveness.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise L&D and OD strategy across a matrixed/global organization.
• Design and implement leadership, management, technical, and employee development programs across modalities.
• Build the leadership pipeline, succession planning, and change initiatives.
• Serve as a strategic HR consultant and business partner to executives and HRBP teams.
• Direct the L&D/OD team, ensuring strong execution, innovation, and service delivery.
• Manage enterprise L&D/OD projects, budgets, vendors, and stakeholder relationships.
