Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 15+ years of HR experience.
• 10+ years leading Learning & Development initiatives.
• Experience designing, implementing, and delivering comprehensive learning programs.
• Experience in Organizational Development.
• Proven experience managing a team.
• Experience working in a global organization is preferred.
• Experience designing learning programs through online learning, instructor-led training, and micro-learning.
• Experience using assessment tools such as 360 Feedback, Hogan, MBTI, StrengthsFinder, or DiSC.
• Experience diagnosing performance issues and designing interventions.
• Strong capability in talent consulting and identifying solutions based on business needs.
• Experience working with senior leaders and HR Business Partners in a matrixed organization.
• Ability to use data and surveys to influence learning strategy.
• Proficiency with online learning tools, multimedia platforms, and survey tools.
• Strong executive presence and stakeholder relationships.

Responsibilities

• Drive talent development and organizational development initiatives aligned with business priorities.
• Conduct learning needs analysis and identify organizational learning gaps.
• Partner with business leaders and HRBPs across the Philippines and LATAM to identify priority development areas.
• Use business data, engagement surveys, employee feedback, and best practices to shape learning strategies.
• Evaluate learning programs and drive continuous improvement based on results and impact.
• Design and implement development solutions using instructor-led training, e-learning, micro-learning, and blended approaches.
• Facilitate engaging training sessions for employees and leaders at different levels.
• Lead leadership and individual contributor development programs.
• Assess organizational and team effectiveness needs and implement interventions.
• Partner with global HRBPs and business leaders to improve team effectiveness.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to anticipate development needs and benchmark industry practices.
• Integrate Diversity & Inclusion into Learning & Organizational Development solutions where appropriate.
• Prepare budget recommendations and manage resources effectively.
