Job summary

Our Clients seeks an experienced People Development Director to lead learning, talent and organizational development, partnering with senior leadership to strengthen capabilities and performance.

The ideal candidate has deep expertise in Learning & Development, OD, Leadership Development, and Talent Management, with a proven track record of designing and delivering diverse programs that drive business outcomes.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 15 years of experience in Human Resources.
• 10+ years of experience leading Learning & Development initiatives.
• Proven experience designing, implementing, and delivering comprehensive and diverse learning programs.
• Strong background in Organizational Development, Leadership Development, Talent Development, and Learning Strategy.
• Demonstrated ability to translate business needs into effective people development solutions.
• Experience partnering with senior executives and business leaders.
• Strong strategic thinking, communication, stakeholder management, and analytical skills.
• Experience in a large, complex, or multi-functional organization is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the Learning & Development strategy aligned with business objectives and workforce priorities.
• Lead design, implementation, and evaluation of learning programs for employees and leaders across functions and levels.
• Conduct learning needs analysis and identify capability gaps to develop targeted and innovative development solutions.
• Build and enhance leadership and talent development programs that support succession planning and growth.
• Develop diverse learning solutions, including instructor-led training, e-learning, microlearning, and blended learning programs.
• Partner with senior leaders, HR Business Partners, and key stakeholders to identify organizational development priorities and deliver effective solutions.
• Leverage feedback, engagement data, and industry trends to improve learning strategies and employee experiences.
• Establish metrics and evaluate the effectiveness, impact, and ROI of learning initiatives.
• Lead organizational effectiveness initiatives to enhance team performance and leadership capability.
• Collaborate to integrate Diversity & Inclusion into learning and OD programs.
• Manage L&D resources and provide recommendations on budgets, priorities, and resource allocation.
• Lead and mentor the L&D/OD team, fostering innovation and collaboration.
