• Serve as a strategic HR consultant and business partner to executives and HRBP teams.
• Direct the L&D/OD team, ensuring strong execution, innovation, and service delivery.
• Manage enterprise L&D/OD projects, budgets, vendors, and stakeholder relationships.

Job description

The Director – Learning & Development & Organizational Development is a senior leader responsible for developing and executing enterprise-wide learning, leadership development, talent development, and organizational effectiveness strategies.

This role serves as a strategic business partner to senior leadership and HR stakeholders, translating business priorities and organizational needs into innovative, measurable, and scalable talent solutions. The Director will lead the design and implementation of learning strategies that strengthen leadership capabilities, employee performance, organizational effectiveness, and long-term talent sustainability.

The role requires a strategic thinker, trusted consultant, strong program leader, and highly effective facilitator who can operate successfully within a complex, matrixed, and potentially global organization

Lead the enterprise-wide Learning & Development and Organizational Development strategy, aligning talent initiatives with business priorities and organizational goals.

Design and implement leadership, management, technical, and employee development programs using instructor-led, virtual, e-learning, blended, and micro-learning approaches.

Lead organizational effectiveness, talent development, leadership pipeline, succession, and change initiatives.

Serve as a strategic HR consultant and business partner to executives, HR Business Partners, and business leaders, diagnosing capability gaps and developing targeted talent solutions.

Lead and develop the L&D/OD team, ensuring strong execution, innovation, accountability, and service delivery.

Manage enterprise L&D/OD projects, budgets, priorities, external vendors, and stakeholder relationships.

Drive continuous improvement and innovation in learning technology, digital learning, employee experience, and organizational capability building.

Partner across a matrixed/global organization to influence leaders, strengthen organizational capabilities, and deliver measurable business and people outcomes.
