Private Advertiser seeks an experienced Learning & Development Manager to lead initiatives that strengthen employee capabilities, improve performance, and support future workforce needs. The role goes beyond training administration, partnering with leaders to develop people and drive business outcomes.
You will design and implement learning solutions across technical, functional, behavioral, and leadership domains, align interventions with priorities, and monitor impact on performance.
We are looking for an experienced Learning & Development Manager to lead initiatives that strengthen employee capabilities, improve performance, and support the organization’s future workforce needs.
This role is ideal for an L&D professional who can go beyond training administration—someone who can understand business needs, identify capability gaps, build relevant learning solutions, and partner with leaders to develop people and improve performance.
As the Learning & Development Manager, you will:
Lead the planning, design, implementation, and evaluation of learning and development programs.
Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) in partnership with department heads and managers.
Develop learning interventions aligned with business priorities, job requirements, and competency needs.
Design and implement programs covering technical, functional, behavioral, and leadership development.
Monitor training completion, effectiveness, and application of learning in the workplace.
Manage the organization’s performance management cycle, including goal setting, performance reviews, and completion monitoring.
Partner with managers in addressing performance gaps through coaching, development plans, and appropriate interventions.
Support the implementation and monitoring of Performance Improvement Plans (PIPs).
Analyze performance results and identify opportunities for capability building and employee development.
Lead or support organizational development and workforce readiness initiatives, including competency development, role clarity, and capability planning.
Work with leaders to identify critical skills and prepare employees for current and future business requirements.
Serve as a trusted partner and subject-matter resource to leaders on learning, performance, competency, and people development.
Support leadership development and talent initiatives that strengthen the organization’s internal talent pipeline.
Drive continuous improvement in learning and people development practices.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or a related field.
4-6 years of relevant experience in Learning & Development, Organizational Development, Talent Management, Performance Management, or related functions.
Proven experience in training needs analysis, learning program design, facilitation, and evaluation.
Strong understanding of performance management, competency development, and organizational development.
Experience working directly with department heads, managers, and business leaders.
Strong facilitation, presentation, communication, analytical, and project management skills.
Ability to translate business requirements into practical and measurable learning solutions.
Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and relevant HR/L&D systems or platforms.
Experience in leadership development, succession planning, competency frameworks, or talent management is an advantage.
