Smartly in Manila is seeking a Customer Success Manager to foster strong client partnerships in a hybrid work setup. You will onboard new customers, guide platform adoption, monitor performance, and drive ongoing value realization.

As a trusted advisor, you’ll analyze campaign results, coordinate with product and support teams, and execute proactive check-ins and reviews to retain and grow strategic accounts.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to drive customer satisfaction and deliver high-quality customer service.
• Experience in customer retention and relationship building in SaaS/ad tech/digital marketing environments.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret campaign data, identify trends, and recommend performance improvements.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
• Proven organizational and time-management skills in a fast-paced setting.
