Recruitify_HR in Taguig is seeking a Customer Success Manager to lead B2B account management and drive product adoption. You will manage and grow key client relationships, identify churn risks, and conduct business reviews to ensure customer success. The role requires strong communication and stakeholder management skills in a hybrid setup.

Location: Fort Bonifacio, Taguig (PhilPlans Corporate Center). Work Setup: Hybrid (3 Days Onsite | 2 Days WFH). Schedule: Mon-Fri.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, IT, Computer Science, or related field.
• At least 1–2 years of B2B Account Management experience.
• Experience handling client relationships in a B2B environment.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow B2B client accounts.
• Drive product adoption and encourage use of new features.
• Identify churn risks and implement retention strategies.
• Conduct regular business reviews (quarterly/annual).
• Collaborate with internal teams: Sales, Product, Marketing, Support, and Engineering.
• Build strong client relationships and ensure customer success.
