Qualifications

• Customer-facing experience in Customer Success Management / Client Service / Account Management / Technical Account Management / Implementation or similar ideally in B2B SaaS
• Experience in managing a Book of Business along with KPIs
• Track record in managing risk, forecasting, and identifying growth opportunities

Responsibilities

• Report to AVP of Customer Success focusing on Italian accounts in Europe and drive customer success
• Build relationships with clients and turn them into happy users
• Educate clients on a new way to create video content and collaborate with sales for onboarding
• Engage in business-level and technical conversations at multiple levels, including C-suite
