Job summary

RemotePass is expanding its European footprint and seeks a Senior Customer Success Manager to guide customers to success using our platform. You will act as a trusted advisor, optimize outcomes, and align with cross-functional teams to maximize value.

Applicants should have 5+ years in customer success or related roles, strong communication, and a proven ability to manage the full client lifecycle from onboarding to renewal and expansion. CET hours and global availability are supported.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Customer Success or Account Management in SaaS or HR tech.
• Proven track record owning onboarding through renewal and expansion.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Data-driven with ability to derive insights from usage data.
• Willing to work Central European Time (CET) hours from any location.

Responsibilities

• Guide onboarding and ensure quick adoption of RemotePass for new customers.
• Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders to drive success and retention.
• Serve as primary contact, address inquiries, and ensure swift issue resolution.
• Monitor account health and identify opportunities for growth and upsell.
• Collect feedback to influence product development and strategy.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Engineering to enhance customer experience.
