AIA Company Limited in Makati, Philippines, invites you to join as a sales professional responsible for maximizing the sales of AIA products and services through multiple distribution channels and meeting team quotas.

You will design sales plans, analyze competitive offerings, and help set budgets and quotas, while leveraging your strong interpersonal and presentation skills and proficiency in MS Office to drive growth for customers and communities.

Formación

• Bachelor’s Degree in any course.
• At least 2 years’ corporate sales experience
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (oral and written)
• Excellent planning, organizing and presentation skills
• Computer savvy – MS Office proficient

Responsabilidades

• Direct and control sales plans, objectives and the development of future sales strategies for multiple distribution channels
• Analyse competitive products and selling techniques, market penetration and distribution channels, sales budgets, pricing and possibly consumer research results
• Make recommendations on sales quotas
