Job summary

You will guide agency leaders through Sales Builder programs, manage communications about compensation schemes, and oversee operations, meetings, campaigns, and performance updates while mentoring advisors toward

Qualifications

• Bachelor's/College degree required in relevant fields (Business/Marketing/Administration).
• 5+ years’ experience in sales – corporate or equivalent, preferably handling distribution channels.
• Excellent oral and written communication, presentation and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Champion agency activation and productivity; collaborate with Home Office for development of agency leaders.
• Execute quality recruitment activities and partner with agency leaders to drive expansion.
• Facilitate orientations and coach agencies on compensation schemes and career paths.
• Oversee agency operations including meetings, policies, promotions, and performance updates.
• Provide feedback to other teams from day-to-day observations and agency insights.
