Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or related field.
• Minimum of two years’ experience in insurance operations or similar.
• Strong data interpretation and process-design skills.
• Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint with strong communication.

Responsibilities

• Sales and Transaction Support provides end-to-end support for new business and after-sales transactions, including application screening, requirements assessment, and endorsement to relevant units.
• Stakeholder Management and Issue Resolution coordinates with internal stakeholders and partner units to resolve escalated sales cases and drive process improvements.
• Communication, Reporting, and Enablement cascades updates and prepares reports to support sales productivity and persistency.
• Process Improvement and Governance assists in improving policies and procedures and creates job aids and FAQs.
