• Maximise the sales of AIA products and services through a network of agents to meet individual and team quotas and AIA business objectives
• Manage existing accounts as part of a larger account team or named accounts within a geography for a product or product set
• Develop, implement and administer sales and distribution plans and programmes on a geographical basis for the agency channel
