Metrobank is seeking a Relationship Manager to manage and expand a portfolio of corporate clients from The Shops, Bonifacio Global City (BGC). You will act as the primary contact, delivering tailored banking solutions and developing new business opportunities to support the bank’s growth and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• At least three years of relevant experience in relationship management, corporate banking, or business development.
• Strong background in credit evaluation and financial analysis.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills, and customer service with the ability to build rapport and influence at all levels.
• Proven ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities, negotiate effectively, and close deals.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to assess complex situations and develop creative solutions.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues across different units and functions to deliver results.
