Job summary

RCBC in Makati seeks an experienced Corporate Banking Relationship Manager to solicit new clients and grow a designated portfolio through professional account management and cross-selling of the bank's products and services. You will drive profitable client relationships while achieving mandated targets and high customer satisfaction.

You will collaborate with bank partners on product planning, risk evaluation, and portfolio management, mentoring junior specialists and ensuring regulatory

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field.
• At least 2 years of banking industry experience in corporate banking.
• Preferably Chinese-speaking.

Responsibilities

• Account Strategy: Develop and execute strategies to maximize relationship returns.
• Business Development: Solicit credit-worthy accounts and expand coverage.
• Product Planning: Create customized product plans with bank partners.
• Relationship Management: Engage CEOs/COOs/CFOs and promote cross-selling.
• Financial Performance: Meet profitability targets and grow cross-sell ratios.
• Credit & Risk: Evaluate proposals and renewals per strategy.
• Portfolio Quality: Monitor client finances to maintain credit quality.
• Compliance: Ensure documentation and covenants meet policy.
• Collections: Assist in collecting past-due accounts and restructurings.
• Leadership: Mentor Account Specialists in account administration.
