Qualifications

- Excellent English communication, negotiation, and analytical abilities.
Responsibilities
- Oversee assigned accounts and ensure service delivery standards.
- Build partnerships with stakeholders and translate priorities into actions.
- Lead employee performance, coaching, and development.
- Analyze KPIs and trends to improve quality and growth.
