You will oversee KPIs, coach teams, and collaborate with senior leaders to resolve issues, delivering outcomes that align with client needs and corporate goals. Office-based role in Arcovia City, Pasig.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of managerial experience in account management, service delivery or customer success.
• Proven experience overseeing high-value accounts and stakeholder relationships.
• Excellent English communication, negotiation, and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee assigned accounts and ensure services, commitments, and performance standards are delivered.
• Build trusted partnerships with stakeholders and translate priorities into actions.
