Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Marketing, or related field.

Proven experience managing enterprise or strategic client accounts.
Experience with international or US-based clients is advantageous.

Responsibilities

Build and maintain relationships with key client stakeholders.
Understand client business priorities and recommend strategic solutions.
Partner with delivery teams to ensure high-quality service and successful project outcomes.
Develop account growth strategies and identify new business opportunities.
Lead executive business reviews and account planning sessions.
