Job summary

MicroSourcing is seeking a Client Success Manager to oversee high-touch client relationships across multiple projects. You’ll partner with clients, internal teams, and offshore delivery sites to ensure objectives are met with proactive service and timely deliverables.

The role requires hosting executive reviews, managing escalations, and driving growth opportunities while collaborating with US-based clients and leadership. Hybrid night shift in Parañaque, Philippines.

Qualifications

3+ years' experience directly managing client relationships, ideally with US-based clients.
Mastery of American English – both written and verbal.
Ability to travel to the US for meetings as needed.
Contain full Monday–Friday schedule 8:00 am–5:00 pm Eastern Time with some holidays.

Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day service delivery within a multi-shore environment.
Provide high-touch client support across industries including ad operations and data solutions.
Maintain executive-level communication with client points of contact to align expectations.
Coordinate with teams in Bangladesh and El Salvador to meet client needs.
Identify growth opportunities and collaborate with Sales on strategy.
Handle escalations and resolve issues with timely follow-up.
Monitor daily workflow, analyze trends, and propose improvements.
Prepare and present client reports to delivery teams.
Host client calls and business reviews with client leadership.
