Job summary

Our Clients in Makati City is seeking an experienced Program Manager to oversee multiple related projects within a strategic program for US-based clients. You will drive governance, roadmaps, and delivery across cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business goals.

The role requires 8+ years in program management, strong leadership and communication skills, and experience delivering enterprise technology or consulting programs. PMP/PgMP or Agile/Scrum certifications are a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience managing large-scale programs or portfolios.
• Strong background in project management methodologies and governance.
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Experience delivering enterprise technology or consulting programs.
• PMP, PgMP, Agile, or Scrum certifications are an advantage.
• Experience supporting international or US-based clients is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage multiple projects within a strategic program.
• Develop program roadmaps, implementation plans, and delivery strategies.
• Coordinate project managers, technical teams, and business stakeholders.
• Monitor program performance, budgets, schedules, and resource utilization.
• Identify risks, dependencies, and opportunities for continuous improvement.
• Ensure consistent project governance and reporting across all initiatives.
• Provide regular updates to executive leadership and client stakeholders.
• Drive organizational change and support business transformation initiatives.
