Job summary

Outsourced.ph is seeking a Client Success Officer to own onboarding and the lifecycle of client relationships with Outsourced Business Partners. This hybrid-nightshift role emphasizes strategic engagement, executive-facing communication, and proactive issue resolution to grow value.

You'll collaborate with recruitment, HR, and operations to ensure staffing success, manage client expectations, and drive performance through regular reviews and KPI tracking.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or a related field.
• 3+ years in client success, customer service, or account management roles.
• Experience in staffing, BPO, or service delivery environments preferred.
• Proven track record managing client relationships and driving account growth.

Responsibilities

• Serve as strategic advisor and day-to-day contact for key clients.
• Engage with Director, VP, and C-level contacts in a consultative manner.
• Document client interactions in CRM system.
• Identify opportunities to expand value and upsell Outsourced services.
• Coordinate with recruitment and HR to meet staffing needs.
• Lead performance discussions and drive service excellence.
