Job summary

MicroSourcing in Eastwood, Quezon City, is seeking a People and Partnership Account Manager to oversee client operations and ensure quality delivery of services. You will be the main point of contact for the client across Microsourcing departments and help set up the Philippines operation.

The role demands at least 1 year of team leadership, a bachelor's degree, strong English communication, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, onsite environment with shifting schedules.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree; graduate studies an advantage
• At least 1 year leading a team or supervising
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
• Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Willing to cover other shifts
• Team player with ability to work independently

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with client on offshore team status
• Monitor KPIs set by client or MS
• Track attendance and schedules
• Provide day-to-day operational support
• Report to Operations Manager and VP
• Disseminate policy updates and company events
• Create and maintain schedules for outsourced staff
• Prepare attendance and performance trend reports
