Job summary

MicroSourcing in Libis, Quezon City is seeking a People and Partnership Team Leader to oversee client operations and ensure the quality delivery of Microsourcing services. The P&P AM is the main point of contact of the client in dealing with all Microsourcing Departments and services.

Qualifications

• Graduate with Bachelor's degree; studies favored.
• Minimum 1 year experience leading a team.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English.
• Proficient in MS Office: Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with the client on offshore team status.
• Monitor KPIs and team performance.
• Conduct coaching sessions and apply corrective actions.
• Monitor daily attendance and schedule adherence.
• Provide day-to-day operational support and resolve issues.
• Prepare statistical reports for management decisions.
