Job summary

MicroSourcing in Manila is seeking a People and Partnership Account Manager to oversee client operations and ensure the quality delivery of services. You will be the main point of contact between the client and Microsourcing departments, helping set up Philippine operations and drive growth within the client portfolio.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree, at least 1 year leading a team, excellent English communication, and strong MS Office skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; graduate studies will be an advantage.
• Minimum 1 year of experience leading or supervising a team.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, including with internal and external customers.
• Proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and provide exemplary customer service.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with the client on offshore team status.
• Implement and monitor KPIs set by the client or MS.
• Monitor team performance and provide coaching.
• Maintain attendance tracking and scheduling for outsourced staff.
• Prepare and maintain operational reports and dashboards.
• Disseminate policy updates and company events to staff.
• Support day-to-day operations and address staff/client inquiries.
