Job summary

MicroSourcing is seeking a People and Partnership Account Manager / Team Leader in Ortigas, Pasig. This onsite role oversees client operations, coordinates with offshore teams, and ensures high-quality delivery of Microsourcing services as the main client contact.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree, has at least 1 year of team leadership, strong English communication, and MS Office proficiency. Willingness to cover multiple shifts and work in a fast-paced environment is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; graduate studies a plus.
• At least 1 year team leadership experience.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Willing to cover other shifts and work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with the client on offshore team status.
• Implement and monitor KPIs set by the client or MS.
• Monitor the team's performance and attendance.
• Provide coaching sessions and corrective actions.
• Handle client and staff queries and complaints.
• Provide day-to-day operational support.
• Prepare and maintain reports used in management decision‑making.
• Disseminate policy updates and company events.
• Create schedules for outsourced staff in coordination with the client.
• Report to Operations Manager and VP of Operations.
