Job summary

MicroSourcing seeks a People and Partnership Account Manager / Team Leader to oversee client operations and ensure high-quality service delivery. You will be the primary contact between the client and MicroSourcing, coordinating with departments to support Philippine operations and drive growth.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and at least 1 year of team leadership, with excellent English communication. Onsite work with night/day shifts is required; strong MS Office skills are a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required; graduate studies is an advantage.
• Minimum 1 year leading a team or supervising others.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication; strong customer service orientation.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with the client on offshore team status and delivery.
• Monitor KPIs and team performance; coach staff as needed.
• Manage attendance, schedules, and shift coverage.
• Communicate policies and updates to staff; report to Operations leadership.
• Resolve client and staff issues and provide day-to-day operational support.
• Prepare reports and support management decisions with data.
