Job summary

MicroSourcing in Ortigas is seeking a People and Partnership Account Manager (Team Lead) to oversee the operation of assigned client accounts and ensure high quality service delivery. You will be the primary liaison among Microsourcing departments and clients, helping set up Philippine operations and drive growth.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree, leadership experience, strong English communication, and the ability to manage KPIs, attendance, and staff issues across offshore teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree holder; graduate studies an advantage.
• At least 1 year experience managing a team as lead or supervisor.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with internal and external customers.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.

Responsibilities

• Regularly coordinate with the client regarding offshore team status.
• Implement and monitor client or Microsourcing KPIs.
• Monitor the team’s performance.
• Conduct coaching sessions and issue corrective actions.
• Track daily attendance and ensure adherence to policies.
• Handle client and staff queries and provide operational support.
• Report to the Operations Manager and VP of Operations.
• Create and maintain schedules for outsourced staff with the client.
• Prepare statistical reports for management decision-making.
