Job summary

MicroSourcing in Ortigas is seeking a People and Partnership Account Manager (Team Lead) to oversee client operations and ensure quality delivery of services. You will be the main contact for the client across Microsourcing departments and drive growth in the client operation.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree, at least 1 year of team leadership, excellent communication, and strong MS Office skills. You must cover other shifts and work onsite with night and day shifts as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; graduate studies advantageous.
• At least 1 year experience leading a team or supervising.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with internal/external customers.
• Strong MS Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Able to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and provide exemplary customer service.
• Proficient English communication skills, both written and spoken.

• Coordinate with the client on offshore team status.
• Implement and monitor KPIs as set by client or MS.
• Monitor team performance and coaching sessions.
• Handle complaints and queries from staff and clients.
