Job summary

MicroSourcing in the Philippines is seeking a People & Partnerships Manager (BPO Operations Manager) to oversee client operations in Eastwood, Quezon City. This onsite role focuses on delivery quality and client growth.

You will lead a team of account managers and specialists, drive performance programs, and ensure regulatory compliance while maintaining a safe, collaborative, and growth-oriented work environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher; graduate studies preferred.
• Minimum 1–3 years in operations management in BPO or similar.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Strong computer proficiency with MS Office suite.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines with a positive attitude.
• Team leadership experience and client-facing skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee a set of clients delivering EBITDA, growth, and satisfaction targets.
• Assist clients in setting up Philippine operations and drive performance programs.
• Lead the People & Partnerships team to be the best partner for clients.
• Ensure site compliance with health, safety, and regulatory requirements.
• Manage costing, billing inputs, and site upkeep to support operations.
• Develop policies and processes via input to senior leadership.
