Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
• 7 years of relevant experience in asset management, banking, custody, treasury services, or related financial services.
• Strong written and verbal communication with clients and senior stakeholders.
• Proven ability to coach or mentor colleagues in complex cases.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and standard office applications.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day servicing for assigned institutional clients and client account managers, managing inquiries and requests through completion.
• Investigate and resolve complex operational matters, including settlements, interest claims, cash management requests, and banking queries.
• Communicate clear, timely updates to clients, senior stakeholders, and internal partners.
• Escalate material risks appropriately and document issues and outcomes in line with controls.
• Coordinate onboarding for new clients, accounts, and funds, managing dependencies through delivery.
• Mentor and support colleagues through coaching and day-to-day guidance on complex cases.
• Identify opportunities to simplify servicing processes and strengthen controls.
