Job summary

2X is redefining how marketing gets done through a scalable MaaS model. As a Client Delivery Associate Director you will provide strategic and operational leadership across a portfolio of client accounts, overseeing delivery performance and ensuring quality, scope, and client satisfaction.

You will partner with Client Partners, Client Success Managers, and functional leads to embed disciplined governance, drive program management excellence, and deliver measurable value across global delivery

Qualifications

• 7-9 years of experience in client delivery, marketing operations, or project/program management roles.
• Proven track record in managing multi-account delivery portfolios or large-scale client engagements.
• Demonstrated mastery of program and project management methodologies (agile, waterfall, or hybrid).
• Strong experience leading distributed delivery teams and managing interdependencies across practices.
• Skilled in stakeholder engagement, escalation management, and performance reporting.

Responsibilities

• Own delivery performance across a portfolio of accounts, ensuring quality and client satisfaction.
• Lead multi-workstream delivery programs and manage dependencies and sequencing.
• Serve as the primary delivery authority for assigned accounts and escalate when thresholds are met.
• Partner with Client Partners and Client Success Managers to align execution with strategic priorities.
• Lead delivery health reviews, identify risks and quality gaps.
• Contribute delivery insights and support risk mitigation or recovery motions.
• Implement and refine delivery governance cadences and scorecards.
• Present delivery performance and insights in client-facing forums (QBRs, reviews).
• Coordinate resourcing and sequencing across teams to maintain momentum and protect client confidence.
• Coach Delivery Managers and Coordinators to strengthen execution discipline and risk management.
• Anticipate resource gaps and lead structured resolution plans.
