2X is redefining how marketing gets done through a scalable MaaS model. As a Global Customer Success Manager, you will be the named account owner for your clients, ensuring delivery health, clear communication, and high satisfaction.

You’ll work under a Senior Global CSM and execute the Growth Partnership playbook. You will run monthly Performance Reviews, monitor health in Knownwell, surface risks early, and coordinate with delivery teams to keep projects on track.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years in client success, account management, project management, or marketing operations in a B2B or agency setting.
• Experience coordinating delivery across cross-functional teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to conduct Performance Reviews.
• Availability for AMER business hours overlap (US Eastern/Central).
• Familiarity with health monitoring tools or CRMs (Knownwell, Gainsight, Salesforce).

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day client relationship for assigned accounts and monitor delivery health.
• Lead monthly Performance Reviews with metrics-driven updates.
• Monitor account health via Knownwell and escalate risks.
• Coordinate delivery handoffs with cross-functional teams to align expectations.
• Maintain Salesforce records for reporting and visibility.
• Execute playbook with consistency and rigor for account management.
• Build trusted client relationships through responsive engagement.
• Surface expansion signals and risk flags to Sr. Global CSM.
