Job summary

2X is seeking a Client Delivery Manager to oversee day-to-day delivery across assigned client accounts in the Philippines. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage timelines and dependencies, and ensure work is delivered with quality and operational discipline.

In this role, you will monitor delivery health, mitigate risks, and partner with Client Partners and Client Success Managers to drive predictable outcomes and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 4–8+ years in project/delivery/program management.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and client-facing roles.
• Skilled at managing timelines, risks, and dependencies using PM tools.
• Able to juggle multiple concurrent projects.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day delivery execution across assigned accounts, ensuring work is delivered on time, within scope, and at required quality standards.
• Lead delivery planning, milestone planning, and capacity coordination in partnership with internal teams to deliver client objectives.
• Maintain delivery hygiene with current timelines, dependencies, workflows, and communications to support predictable execution.
• Monitor delivery progress through dashboards and reports; identify and mitigate risks with context and recommendations.
• Own delivery health signals, including utilization trends and SLA adherence, ensuring timely inputs to client health score.
• Lead internal delivery coordination across functions, ensuring clear ownership and alignment on priorities.
• Partner with CPs and CSMs to ensure delivery supports value realization and expansion readiness.
• Facilitate internal delivery stand-ups and client delivery check-ins; document actions and decisions.
• Coordinate onboarding of new projects and delivery team members, including tooling setup and expectations.
• Support delivery quality by reviewing outputs and reinforcing QA standards.
