HRTx Inc in Pasay is seeking an accomplished IT executive to lead the company’s technology agenda. You will develop and execute an enterprise IT strategy that supports growth and competitive advantage.

You will drive digital transformation across AI, cloud, automation, and data analytics, oversee governance, cybersecurity, risk, and compliance, and mentor AVPs and senior leaders to build a high-performing tech organization; this is a full onsite role with dayshift.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT/Engineering; Master's preferred.
• 15+ years IT leadership, including 5+ years in senior executive role.
• Proven success in digital transformation with AI, cloud, cybersecurity.
• Experience leading AVPs and senior leaders in large organizations.
• Strong strategic, financial, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute the IT strategy aligned with business growth.
• Lead digital transformation using AI, cloud, automation, and data analytics.
• Oversee IT governance, cybersecurity, risk management, and compliance.
• Lead and develop technology teams including AVPs and senior leaders.
• Manage IT operations, budgets, vendor partnerships, and tech investments.
