Job summary

TENDA TECHNOLOGY(PHILIPPINES) INC. is seeking a Channel Sales professional to recruit dealers, system integrators, and partners in networking products. The role develops channel programs, analyzes markets, and coordinates pricing and terms to secure long-term relationships.

You'll train partners, coordinate technical support, and monitor performance to hit sales targets. Travel nationwide and fluency in English are required; Mandarin is an advantage.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a business, marketing, IT or related field.
• Direct experience with commercial networking brands is preferred.
• Solid understanding of networking and communication technologies.
• Strong skills in partner acquisition, negotiation and relationship management.
• Fluent in English; Mandarin/Chinese is an advantage.
• Proficient with MS Office and CRM tools.
• Willing to travel nationwide.

Responsibilities

• Identify and recruit new dealers, system integrators, and channel partners.
• Develop and implement channel programs to grow IPCOM's market presence.
• Conduct market analysis to identify opportunities and competitor activity.
• Negotiate pricing, rebates, and partnership terms for long-term relationships.
• Provide training and product updates, and coordinate technical support.
• Monitor dealer performance and ensure sales targets and IPCOM standards are met.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing and support teams for order fulfillment and after-sales service.
• Prepare reports on sales forecasts, pipeline development, and partner activities.
