Job summary

Dahua Technology HK Limited in the Philippines seeks a results-driven Channel Sales Specialist to develop and manage channel partners, dealers, resellers, and key accounts within the South NCR territory.

You will identify new customers, expand market coverage, drive sell-in/sell-out, and coordinate with Pre-Sales, Product, Marketing, and other teams for support. Expect regular travel to stay close to customers and partners and to grow revenue.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in Business, Marketing, Engineering, IT or related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in Channel Sales, Account Management, Business Development, Distribution Sales or related sales role.
• Experience with CCTV or technology product channels is a plus.
• Experience managing distributors, dealers or channel partners is advantageous.
• Strong knowledge of the South NCR market and customer network is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage channel partners, dealers, resellers, and key accounts within the South NCR territory.
• Identify and acquire new customers and business partners to expand market coverage and increase sales.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing partners through regular visits and reviews.
• Drive sell-in and sell-out activities and achieve sales targets.
• Develop opportunities by understanding customer requirements and recommending suitable products and solutions.
• Conduct market visits to identify new opportunities, pricing trends, and customer needs.
• Support partners in product promotion and business expansion.
• Coordinate with Pre-Sales, Product, Marketing and other teams for support and demonstrations.
