Job summary

Concentrix is seeking a Specialist, Partner Success to manage relationships with major channel partners and to support a team in driving sales through channels. You will coach internal teams, develop channel-specific sales plays, and maintain strong product knowledge to answer customer questions.

The role emphasizes driving customer retention, revenue growth, and effective partner engagement across an assigned territory with exposure to world-class training opportunities.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in customer service or sales.
• Experience in high-volume calling.
• Passion for customer experience.
• Experience coaching others or training delivery.
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office programs.
• Experience using email, phone and video tools.
• Experience working with Salesforce.com or similar CRM.
• Maintain ownership as single contact for Top Channel Partners.

Responsibilities

• Improve customer retention and revenue growth for an established customer base with accurate weekly/monthly/quarterly sales forecasts.
• Promote the sale of products and services to strategic channel partners.
• Conduct monthly/quarterly consultative reviews and health checks.
• Create talk tracks related to customer health and use predictive data to identify at-risk customers.
• Maintain channel health and high satisfaction levels, leveraging feedback for improvements.
• Manage channel escalations and coordinate prompt resolutions with clients and teams.
• Guide calls with channel partners to share best practices and promote channel programs.
• Create and deliver training to the sales team about product value and benefits.
• Handle a high volume of customer contacts via phone and email daily.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve sales processes and customer experience.
• Maintain CRM hygiene to ensure data integrity.
