Job summary

Concentrix is seeking an experienced customer-centric sales and channel support specialist to drive retention and revenue growth with top channel partners in a high-volume call environment. You will own channel health, coordinate escalations, and deliver impactful trainings.

The role requires 3+ years in customer service or sales, comfort with Salesforce or CRM, MS Office, and strong communication across emails, calls and video tools; you will produce forecasts and work cross-functionally to

Qualifications

3+ years of experience in customer service or sales.
Experience handling high-volume calling.
Passion for customer experience and retention.
Experience coaching others or delivering training.
Strong MS Office skills and familiarity with email/video tools.
Experience with Salesforce or a similar CRM platform.

Responsibilities

Improve customer retention and revenue growth for an established customer base.
Provide accurate weekly/monthly/quarterly sales forecasts.
Conduct monthly/quarterly consultative reviews and health checks.
Create talk tracks related to customer health and predict at-risk customers.
Maintain channel health and drive high satisfaction with feedback for improvements.
Manage channel escalations and coordinate prompt resolutions.
Guide calls with channel partners to share best practices and growth opportunities.
Create and deliver training to the sales team on product value and benefits.
Handle a high volume of customer contacts via phone and email daily.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve sales processes, CRM hygiene, and customer experience.
