Job summary

Qualifications

3+ years of experience in customer service or sales.
Experience with high-volume calling and channel partner engagement.

Experience coaching others or delivering training.
Proficient with Salesforce.com or similar CRM and MS Office tools.

Responsibilities

Grow revenue and retention for an established customer base and provide forecasts.
Promote products through a portfolio of channel partners and meet defined metrics.
Conduct periodic health checks and reviews with partners.
Develop talk tracks to address customer health and identify at-risk accounts.
Maintain channel health and high satisfaction with feedback-driven improvements.
Handle channel escalations and coordinate prompt resolutions with clients.
