Job summary

3M Philippines is seeking a results-driven Channel/Sales Manager to drive growth across Regions 9, 10 and 13. Based in Cagayan De Oro, you will identify new opportunities, manage key accounts, and lead channel partnerships for Scotch-Brite and other CBG products.

You will develop sales strategies, forecast pipelines, and deliver compelling presentations to customers. The role requires travel, strong negotiation, CRM proficiency, and a customer-centric mindset to exceed targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, sales, or a related field.
• Experience managing key accounts and delivering measurable business growth.
• Strong business acumen and customer relationship management skills with territory management.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.
• Ability to analyze market trends and translate insights into sales actions.
• Proficiency with CRM tools, sales reporting, and Microsoft Office applications.
• Willingness to travel as needed to support customer engagement.
• With a Valid Driver’s License.
• Willing to be based in Cagayan De Oro with an area coverage for Region 9, 10 and 13; managing 3 channel partners in the region.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to grow revenue for 3M CBG Products mainly Scotchbrite.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners and strategic key accounts.
• Manage and expand strategic key accounts, identify new opportunities and execute key account plans for growth.
• Identify competitive activity, market dynamics, and emerging opportunities within the covered territory.
• Prepare key account plans, sales forecasts, and pipeline to support the growth in the area.
• Conducts business review to channel partners and strategic key accounts.
