Job summary

SCG International Corporation Co., Ltd. - SCG Cement-Building Materials in the Philippines seeks a Sales Manager to lead and grow the local sales team and strengthen customer relationships. You will collaborate with the regional team in Thailand to align local activities with regional strategies and objectives, and drive revenue growth.

The role requires strategic planning, performance tracking, and effective negotiation to expand market share in the Philippines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business/marketing or related field.
• 15+ years of sales experience with 5+ years in leadership.
• Fluent in Tagalog and English.
• Proven track record in sales growth and revenue.
• Experience in building materials sales preferred.
• Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; able to manage operations in the Philippines.

Responsibilities

• Lead, supervise, and develop the local sales team to meet targets.
• Develop and execute sales plans to grow business and profitability.
• Identify new business opportunities and strengthen key accounts.
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with customers.
• Coordinate with regional team in Thailand on forecasts and plans.
• Collaborate on pricing, product launches, promotions with Thailand team.
• Prepare reports, forecasts, and KPIs; present to management.
